The FavorPrep™ miRNA Extraction Mini Kit is designed for purification of microRNAs (miRNAs) and other small cellular RNAs from tissue or cultured cells. Different from general RNA isolation kits, this kit was designed specifically for small RNAs with minimal contamination from large RNA molecules or genomic DNA. Purification of small RNAs allows researchers to study functional rules of miRNA in various biological pathways and gene regulations.
