All nCounter Protein Panels require use of the nCounter Human Immune Core Protein Panel, which contains 11 key housekeeping genes. Protein Panels can be combined to maximize marker coverage. These panels include carefully selected antibodies against key biomarkers and disease-relevant targets, giving you the flexibility to choose the panel that best matches your experimental needs. Stackable 200-500 plex nCounter Protein Panels can be combined with any nCounter Gene Expression Panel.
